Senate Bill 101, Printer’s Number 153 (Smucker) – Increases the penalties for a violation of the Sunshine Act.

Senate Bill 104, Printer’s Number 87 (Folmer) – Sets requirements for state-owned vehicle use.

Senate Bill 106, Printer’s Number 89 (Ward) – Proposes an amendment to the Pennsylvania Constitution prohibiting a sine die legislative session following the November general election in even-numbered years.

Senate Bill 109, Printer’s Number 90 (Folmer) – Creates the Taxpayer-Funded Advertising Transparency Act, which requires disclosure when taxpayer funds are used for advertising.

Senate Bill 717, Printer’s Number 701 (Wozniak) – An Act designating and adopting the Piper J-3 Cub as the official airplane of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
