Senate Bill 761 (Argall): Summary
Constitutional amendment to reform the process for electing the Lieutenant Governor in Pennsylvania.
Amendment A05077
Changes the timeline for selection of the candidate for Lieutenant Governor from 30 to no later than 90 days before the general gubernatorial election subject to the approval of the candidate’s political party.
Senate Bill 762 (Ward): Summary
Provides for an audit of SURE system.

CLARIFIES THE INFORMATION TO BE CONTAINED IN THE AUDIT AS WELL AS EXTENDS THE TIMELINE FOR THE DATE OF SUBMISSION OF THE AUDIT TO no later than DECEMBER 31, 2018.
