Senate Bill 412 (Stefano):  Repeals the state constitutional prohibition of federal, state, county and municipal employees from serving as poll workers.

     Amendment A01218*:Clarifies that a judge or inspector under section 11 Article VII of the Constitution is disqualified for service under section 12 Article VII of the Constitution.

Senate Bill 413 (Martin): Amendment to the Pennsylvania Constitution to remove the requirement of a separate ballot on voting machines for the retention of justices, judges and justices of the peace.

Senate Bill 538 (Regan and J. Ward): Authorizes the Department of General Services (DGS), with the approval of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania of the State System of Higher Education and the Governor, to grant and convey to the Cumberland Valley Rails to Trails Council, a certain permanent easement in Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County.

    Amendment A00787: Technical amendment.

Senate Bill 617 (Corman): Authorizes DGS, with the approval of the Governor and the State Fire Commissioner, to grant and convey to Mifflin County, a certain permanent easement from the State Fire Academy in the Borough of Lewistown, Mifflin County, for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a recreational hiking trail.

    Amendment A01214*: Technical amendment.

House Bill 223 (Pickett): Authorizes DGS, with the approval of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission and the Governor, to grant and convey certain lands in Asylum Township, Bradford County.

House Bill 227 (Gabler): Amends the Pennsylvania Election Code to designate the minimum number of signatures that candidates for school director must collect on nomination petitions in order to be placed on a primary ballot.
